Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and shipping destination. Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date of dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its progress. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations, as each piece is made with care and often in limited quantities. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at manishnagdeo@gmail.com. Kindly include your order details along with clear images of the product so we can review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you face any issue with your order, please reach out to us as per the Returns policy above.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been verified by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
